However, now it is not the cunning rabbit that is to blame for this, but Duffy Duck. He, chasing a rat, acted carelessly and crashed into the unfortunate object. He lost his working capacity and to repair it, the character must again visit the ancient eras - this time the protagonist will be thrown to the Vikings, Aztecs, Arabs and even to the castle of the legendary Count Dracula.
The main difference from the previous part is the presence of a new playable unit, namely the crazy Taz. Before us is an incredible Tasmanian devil, who in his whirlwind is able to remove any obstacle on the way.
The presence of a new character greatly diversified the gameplay. Enjoyment: The game requires problem solving, teamwork, and the finesse to clobber your enemies. Quite enjoyable once the learning curve is behind you. Replay Value: Consider it more extended play than replay, as you re-do levels to make sure all the special items have been picked up. The levels are large, and once an era has been completed, it doesn't during a replay.
The game features experience original gameplay that let's you continuously switch between Bugs Bunny and Taz, the two most popular Looney Tunes characters in the world, face off against classic Looney Tunes adversaries like Yosemite Sam, Elmer Fudd, Babba Chop and Count Bloodcount. There are four different areas that Bugs and Taz must clear, collecting gears and solving puzzles along the way. Each area is visually unique and represents a different point in time, including the Aztec, Viking, Arabian, and Transylvanian eras.
There are four levels in each area, concluding with a big boss battle to finish off the zone. While platforming and gear collecting makes up most of your time, some levels are more puzzle-focused, and a few even include races and time trials. There's enough variety to keep you playing, even if the controls can feel a bit clunky at times. While it can feel awkward to play at times, Bugs and Taz: Time Busters is a lighthearted and enjoyable platformer featuring some cool levels, fun characters, and lots of replayability.
The inclusion of two-player co-op is awesome, as it makes the game more entertaining and a bit easier to boot. There's a nice variety in gameplay styles and level design, and while some of the action can get repetitive, it's still a worthwhile ride for any fan of Looney Tunes.
Two of Warner Bros. Players can expect appearances from Granny, Tweety, Yosemite Sam and several other old favorites as they guide Bugs and Taz along.
