Message 2 of 4 1, Views. Is it? A cursory glance around some boards had me thinking there was a separate 64bit version of Crysis that wasn't part of the Steam download. Perhaps I'm wrong. I don't know about the Steam download, but I can confirm that there is a bit version of Crysis on the retail disc, and that the EA Downloader version had trouble with it at launch. I hear that there's no bit version of Warhead, but I can't confirm that my Warhead disc is on my desk in Indianapolis, and I'm in Omaha this week.

I'm not aware of bit versions of Spore or Mass Effect. Anyone having a crackling sound problem? When things get hectic the sound just crackles and pops, as though it's exceeded the maximum number of sounds allowed. I've had to play the game with the sound turned off since I got it yesterday. I ran the 64 bit version of Crysis on my machine as well as the 32 bit EXE and had no trouble in either one.
